Pastaioamano is a handmade pasta, created by Simon in South East London. Simon started making pasta from home, and quickly became obsessed. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Simon decided to take the plunge and start hand-making the pasta in small batches to sell in delis and foodstores across London. Simon had an idea of the kinds of fonts and colours he wanted to use, but needed someone to pull it all together into a cohesive brand.
